Cancellation conditions

Termination by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by e-mail). the following conditions apply:

• In case of cancellation up to 90 days before the day of arrival, 0% of the rent is due. The full amount will be refunded to you.

• In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rent is due. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rent is due. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

• In case of cancellation from 30 days up to the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due. No refunds will be made.

• If you have not arrived within 24 hours after the agreed date without prior notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rent will be due. No refunds will be made.

• In the event of cancellation by us, a final payment already made will be fully refunded to you.
